Very average for a 4-star hotel. My flight arrived a little late so I called them in the afternoon itself and told them to hold my room with a queen bed specifically... but when I arrived they gave me a room with two single beds. As a tall person, it was very hard to sleep. They only switched me to a new room the next day when I insisted the next day. There was no bell hop when I arrived, I had to carry my own luggage to my room. Nobody to point me in the direction of the room also. Also when checking out, the doorman was missing. I had to hold the heavy luggages in one hand on the other hand hold the open the door before it closed. It was a hassle. The people in the front desk can be more friendly and smiling. Lastly, the food was quite good but some items were missing. I wanted to to order pasta but they said that all italian dishes were unavailable even though they had it on the menu. Also, they ran out of most of their food in the breakfast buffet in the morning. You have to come early otherwise most of the food will be gone. They don't have enough for every guest. Many items like chicken sausages, veg cutlets, muffins, etc., were missing. Not even one piece was there. I expect better from a 4 star hotel. It was an average experience.
